Wellness Practitioner
Lead client protocols across HBOT, PEMF, cryotherapy, and 20+ wellness modalities. Perfect for someone passionate about biohacking and human optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in wellness, fitness, or healthcare
- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
- Interest in biohacking, recovery, and human performance
- Ability to learn complex wellness technologies quickly
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through wellness protocols and equipment use
- Maintain detailed session notes and track client progress
- Ensure safety compliance and facility cleanliness
- Educate clients on service benefits and optimal protocols
- Collaborate with medical team on integrated care plans
IV Therapy Nurse, RN
Join our medical team providing IV therapy, peptide protocols, and regenerative medicine under the supervision of Dr. Gregory Alfred.
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of IV therapy or infusion experience
- Experience with integrative or functional medicine preferred
- Excellent bedside manner and client communication
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapies and IM injections per Dr. Alfred's protocols
- Conduct client assessments and review medical histories
- Monitor clients during treatments and manage any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and aftercare
Front Desk Coordinator
Be the face of BHL Coral Gables, managing client flow, bookings, and creating exceptional first impressions in our Equinox location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for Coral Gables
- Professional appearance and positive energy
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client check-ins, scheduling, and payment processing
- Provide tours and explain services to new clients
- Coordinate with wellness practitioners and medical staff
- Maintain facility presentation and cleanliness standards
- Handle client concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery
Marketing Coordinator
Drive growth across our 5 locations through content creation, social media management, and partnership development. Remote-friendly with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in wellness/healthcare
- Strong writing skills and content creation abilities
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Knowledge of wellness industry trends and biohacking community
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, blog, and email campaigns
- Manage Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Coordinate marketing events and BHL Academy programming
- Develop partnerships with local wellness professionals
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness
