Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our facilities, using our services, or visiting our website, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and The Biohack Lab, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Florida limited liability company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or facilities. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Services

The Biohack Lab is a wellness social club offering recovery, longevity, and medical-grade therapies across five South Florida locations. Our services include:

Wellness recovery services (HBOT, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, PEMF, red light therapy, etc.)
Medical services (IV therapy, peptide protocols, consultations with Dr. Gregory Alfred)
Collaborative practitioner services (acupuncture, neuromuscular therapy, biofield therapy)
Mind labs and neurofeedback services
Educational programs through BHL Academy
Membership programs and day passes

Services may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

Our services are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care
You should consult with your physician before beginning any new wellness or medical protocol
Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes
You are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, and health concerns
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine they may not be appropriate for you
Emergency medical care is not provided at our facilities — call 911 for medical emergencies

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently
Minors (under 18) may use select services with parental consent and supervision
Medical services require consultation with Dr. Alfred and are typically restricted to adults
You must be in reasonably good health and capable of using our facilities safely
Certain services have specific health restrictions or contraindications

Booking and Scheduling Policies

Reservations

Appointments can be booked through our online system, by phone, or in person
Members receive priority booking and access to exclusive time slots
Day passes and à la carte services are subject to availability
We reserve the right to limit session frequency for certain services

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice required: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment
Late cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
No-shows: Failure to appear will result in a full charge for the reserved service
Medical emergencies: Genuine medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Member credits: Points or credits may not be refunded for late cancellations or no-shows

Rescheduling

You may reschedule appointments at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees.

Membership Terms

Membership Tiers and Benefits

Discovery: Entry-level membership with basic points and priority booking
Tier 1: Enhanced points, additional perks, and exclusive access windows
Tier 2: Premium membership with maximum benefits and VIP services

Billing and Payment

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis
Payment is due in advance and processed automatically on your billing date
Failed payments may result in membership suspension after a 5-day grace period
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards for eligible services

Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Unused membership points expire upon cancellation and are non-refundable
Promotional rates or discounted memberships may have minimum term requirements

Facility Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

Treat all staff, members, and guests with respect and courtesy
Maintain appropriate noise levels and respect others' wellness experiences
Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions
Report any injuries, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services

Hygiene and Health

Shower before using common wellness facilities
Do not use facilities if you have contagious conditions or open wounds
Bring clean towels and appropriate attire for each service
Follow all hygiene protocols specific to each service or device

Photography and Privacy

Photography of other clients is strictly prohibited
Respect others' privacy and confidentiality
We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes with your consent
Personal photography for social media is permitted in designated areas only

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You use our services at your own risk and assume all risks associated with wellness activities
We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse reactions that may occur
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
You waive any right to pursue class action lawsuits against us

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Biohack Lab, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims related to your conduct at our facilities.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation: We'll first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Broward County, Florida
Binding arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under Florida law

You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that any legal proceedings must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to you via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes affecting membership benefits or pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

Severability
