They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Purchasers and operators must ensure all users consult their physician prior to use, particularly for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions.
2. Device-Specific Contraindications
HBOT (Hard-shell 2.0 ATA)
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, active cancer treatment, pneumothorax, recent ear/sinus surgery, uncontrolled hypertension, claustrophobia, pacemakers
Required Screening:
Physician clearance required. Health intake form required per session.
HBOT (Soft-shell 1.3 ATA)
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, active cancer treatment, ear infection, recent surgery, uncontrolled hypertension
Required Screening:

⚠ PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)
CRITICAL Contraindications:
Active implanted electronic devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, intrathecal pumps, insulin pumps) — CRITICAL: PEMF can disable or interfere with implanted devices

3. Operator Responsibility
By purchasing BH Labs equipment for commercial use, the buyer ("Operator") acknowledges and agrees:
- The Operator is solely responsible for ensuring all staff are trained and certified before operating equipment commercially
- The Operator is solely responsible for implementing client health screening and obtaining informed consent before each session
- The Operator must maintain a signed client intake/waiver form for every client
- The Operator assumes full responsibility for safe operation, maintenance, and compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations
- BH Labs provides training support (included with purchase) but training completion does not transfer liability from Operator to BH Labs
4. Limitation of Liability
BH Labs' liability is limited exclusively to defects in materials or workmanship covered under the warranty period. BH Labs shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow protocols
- Failure to screen clients for contraindications
- Acts or omissions of the Operator or their staff
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BH LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEVICE.
5. Return Policy
- • All sales are final once equipment has been opened, assembled, or installed
- • Unopened equipment in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and bears risk of damage during return transit
- • A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns
- • Custom or configured equipment is non-returnable
- • To initiate a return: contact sales@bhlabs.com with your order number within 14 days
6. Warranty
- • All BH Labs equipment is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
- • Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery
- • Warranty is void if equipment is: modified, misused, damaged by mishandling, or operated outside of manufacturer specifications
- • Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage from improper installation
- • To make a warranty claim: contact sales@bhlabs.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos
- • Response time: within 48 business hours
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
